The fundamental challenges with road surface coatings are Adhesion to the substrate and Colour Retention - with this in mind we determined to find a system that meets and exceeds the required performance for both challenges.
Traditional systems use epoxy type resins with a coloured broadcast aggregate - some of which fade quickly and can be seen breaking up into chunks or shedding layers after minimal use.
SuperGrip KT-02 is a unique system comprising several layers, each specific to the situation and each contributing to the longevity of the coating.
This is a system that has been through a very thorough R&D process and is now used extensively in many parts of the world - it exceeds NZ & International requirements for anti-skid BPN ratings and is designed to last. This is supported by our ongoing maintenance programme which is designed to greatly extend the life cycle of the coating.

Surface PAVE R4 & PAVE RA-4 are high quality coatings for large scale anti-skid application. These are highly flexible, colour steadfast, seamless, coatings that are applied over Asphalt or Concrete surfaces to provide an anti-skid reading of up to 64 BPN. The toughened recycled glass crystal aggregate is produced with rounded edge to enhance the safety of floor users and it comes in a variety of grade sizes to suit any application. Glass crystals are naturally harder than metal, making the system very hard-wearing and durable. The reflective nature of crystal means the color will remain vibrant even under weathering and aging conditions which cause wear to the surface.
Surface Pave-R4 is a high quality Acrylic coating for Exterior use where a high level of durability is required.
Surface Pave-RA-4 is a high quality Polyurea
coating for interior applications such as car park surfaces and pedestrian walkways.

Careful preparation is essential to guarantee a long life for your coating. Diamond grinding, Shot blasting or Scarification are three main methods for concrete preparation or existing coatings removal. Asphalt can also be prepared using similar methods.

The SPU® Perfect Bounce system is formulated utilizing the highest quality acrylic and resin layers producing a resilient sub-surface with shock absorbing qualities. Its cushion effect reduces player fatigue and provides a nice playing surface for all ages.
The surface is a combination of layers starting with a thick polyurethane synthetic base and includes a robust top layer made up of a resilient modified acrylic deck coat and a hard wearing acrylic top coat. The finished acrylic surface has the excellent playing characteristics of a tennis court surface which responds perfectly to all tennis strokes, ball bounce and speed. SPU® Perfect Bounce is a seamless, uniform international quality sports surface with excellent elasticity - guaranteeing a long lasting professional sports surface with low maintenance. All installations are strictly carried out only by approved applicators to ensure high quality and standards.
